Both. That’s the whole point of The Hybrid VA. Most virtual assistants handle admin and stop there. I do both halves of the job, which means you can ask me about an inbox in the morning and a DNS problem in the afternoon and not need to find a second person.

Usually within 24 hours of getting things agreed and the first invoice paid. I’ll confirm a start date once I know what’s involved. If it’s urgent, just say when you message and I’ll be straight with you about availability.

Before the work starts. Fixed price jobs are invoiced up front. For ad hoc work, I take a deposit to cover the first block of time, and refund anything unused. Retainers are billed at the start of each month.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays. If something urgent comes in outside those hours, I’ll do my best to help where I can.

Yes. All retainers run on 30 days’ notice. No long contracts, no penalties. If your situation changes, just let me know and we’ll wind things down properly.
